Juice cleansing is a safe and healthy practice and can be done by anybody at anytime who is not on prescription medication, a child, pregnant or breast feeding. If you are on prescription medication, or have any reason to suspect that juice cleansing may not be right for you at this time, consult your health care practitioner. Juices can always be added with your clean and green meals while breastfeeding and during pregnancy. Kids and teenagers are always encouraged to drink our juices daily with their meals as well. We would also be happy to refer you to one of our Naturopathic doctors for advice. We don’t recommend that pregnant women or children do our juice cleanse.
